As Ellevation's VP, People, Winston leads a team responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse team that is empowered to do their best work.

Winston is an experienced leader of HR teams in high-growth SasS environments. Most recently, he led the Employee Experience & Development team at Salesloft, a leading Sales Engagement provider. Previous to Salesloft, Winston spent almost five years contributing to building the HR Business Partner function at HubSpot, a leading SasS provider known for their people-first culture. At HubSpot, he helped support meaningful growth (1500 to 7000 employees) and was a key contributor to their award-winning Diversity & Inclusion programming.

Winston began his career in education working at Milton Academy and Nativity Preparatory School of Boston. Today, he is a member of Nativity Prep's Board. Winston holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
